Exeter University
New student accommodation units at three locations on the University of Exeter's Streatham Campus, forming part of their £450 million strategic investment programme - mock up units were created in the Frame UK factory to ensure accuracy and precision on site.

Barncoose Gateway
Frame UK are supplying this ambitious £13.5 million scheme of office and industrial units which is supported by more than £6.6 million of European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) Convergence investment. Designed to a BREEAM “Excellent” standard - a measure of low carbon environmental sustainability - these will be amongst the greenest buildings in Cornwall.

Bulford Camp
Part of a £46 million project to build 260 new homes for 1st Battalion the Royal Anglian Regiment in Bulford, Wiltshire comprising 195 three-bedroom houses and 65 four-bedroom houses. Due for completion in December 2012, the first 60 homes are scheduled for handover late 2011. Constructed to achieve Level 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes - consistent with the UK low-carbon transition plan - the project also includes a number of houses to be readily adaptable for occupation by the severely disabled. Properties will have wheelchair access to all rooms, level entry showers, and the ability to accommodate hoist equipment for bathing, and a through floor or stair lift, without the need for subsequent structural alterations.

Prince Charles House
Frame UK are delighted to be involved with this showcase development of thirty-one eco-friendly homes in St Austell which on occupation will achieve ‘Excellent’ in the BREAAM environmental assessment - the highest sustainability rating possible for such a building - and will improve the lives of elderly people in the local community. live webcam

Trencreek Newquay
This residential project for Devon and Cornwall Housing consisting of 22 affordable homes executed for Galliford Try Plc includes the installation of panels with prefitted windows, allowing the build programme to proceed at a faster pace. Work on site - 14.07.11

Bodmin Hospital
The site covers in excess of 200,000 ft² and is a mix of single, 2 and 3 storey buildings. It has provided a 48 bed in-patient unit, minor injury unit, out patient department, therapy and X Ray departments.

Boscawen Woods
This 53 unit development has a small terrace of 5 four bed units with 2 blocks of apartments along with a crescent of high quality 3 bed houses. The materials of the buildings have been carefully selected to respect the surroundings, with natural materials such as stone, timber and slate.

Woodhayes
This project forms part of the 10-year partnership we have with Advantage SW to provide new affordable homes for rent and shared ownership. Phase 1 was the development of 14 Ecohomes 'Very Good' dwellings with Phase 2 consisting of 34 Code Level 3 homes

Woodland Homes
The Cornwall Hotel & Spa have built a new development of lodge homes for personal and rental use. Frame UK designed and built the timber frame along with the slate roofing, vertical tile hanging and windows & doors.

Wood Lane End
A development of 24 two, three & four bed houses & 24 two bed flats. The PPC2000 contract value was £4.2M with a contract period of 48 weeks. Frame UK's closed panel system was used along with insulated GF cassettes which greatly increased the savings in build times.

Leigh on Mendip
A development of 6 affordable houses in a rural location for local residents. This was the first collaborative scheme between Arcadia Housing Group and Advantage SW.

Cheviot Court
A development of 10 houses & 29 flats arranged in 6 blocks as part of the redevelopment of the Somerfield Estate in Christchurch, Dorset. The dwellings were constructed to Code Level 3 and were for rent and shared ownership.

Tremough Campus
The handover of the new Tremough campus, Penryn, has recently taken place. The seventy acre site provides massive facilities made available to students through the Combined University in Cornwall (C.U.C.) initiative.

Holland Hall
The recently completed Holland Hall is a new residential building for the University of Exeter, which contains 422 study bedrooms,
a dining hall, bars and administrative facilities.

Redruth Urban Village
Phase one of the Redruth Urban Village, located on the site of the former Redruth Hospital, has now been completed. This first phase comprises the design and construction of a residential development of 18 two-bedroom, 14 three-bedroom, 12 one-bedroom flats, complete with communal facilities and office accommodation.

Livarot Walk
The project partnering contract for the sustainable housing project at Livarot walk is nearing completion. This is an eco-friendly scheme, providing thirty-five homes for rent by our clients Devon & Cornwall housing association. Frame UK formed part of the core Partnership Group.
