Frame UK is one of the leading providers of timber frame solutions in the UK, specialising in the Construction, Leisure, Public and Commercial sectors. We offer a diverse range of products from initial concept design, product manufacture through to site assembly and erection.
Perran Trusses
Perran Trusses is one of the largest Roof Truss manufacturer’s in the South West, specialising in Roof Truss Rafters and Eco Web Posi Floor Joist’s. With production technology and continued development of design software enables us to continue to provide our clients with cost-effective solutions to all their roofing and flooring requirements.
Practical Developments
Practical Developments identifies and purchases both brownfield sites for redevelopment and Greenfield sites for new build projects. It actively seeks to explore all development opportunities and continues to successfully deliver high quality developments.

Arvor Construction is the contracting arm of the group, specialising in providing high quality, innovative builds with superior standards of architectural excellence, offering a range of tailored value-added services incorporating market leading design and build, management contracting and conventional tendering, with the support of the companies within the Group, Arvor Construction are well positioned to offer a total package solution to many of its clients.
Pepper Properties
Pepper Properties is an active purchaser of commercial investment property, specialising in industrial and commercial units. With an existing large property portfolio ranging from Business Parks to 65,000 sq ft manufacturing units to 5,000 sq ft warehouses.
