Timber Frame provides you with limited restrictions in terms of the design of your building. Timber Frame can be rapidly constructed, which in turn, improves cost effectiveness. Timber Frame is manufactured off-site, which improves quality through strict monitoring under factory-controlled conditions. Once your frame is complete it allows all other elements of the build to proceed.
Our panel system ranges from 90mm - 235 Stud wall, WBP ply sheathed with or without breather paper. Our panel design ranges from Houses - Hotels. The system provides you with the following benefits:

As a result of an intensive Research & Development Programme with our construction Partners the Smart House was developed specifically to address the skills shortage with off-site automation, improve productivity and reduce development impact on the environment. Fully insulated clear spans enclosed large wall, floor and roof cassette system reduce substructure costs.
