Great to see the Prime Minister, Boris Johnson at West Carclaze Garden Village last week, a project with, affordable, sustainable, and Zero Carbon targets, that we are proud to be a part of.
The PM, who was on route to the G7 summit, said – “This fantastic project at West Carclaze Garden Village will not only be Carbon-neutral, but Carbon Positive. It’s a model for Cornwall and the country as we build back better and greener.”
The project is using our 235mm Thermo Hybrid Panel to achieve Uvalues down to 0.12, along with Posi joists and roof cassettes.
Having started on site earlier this year we have 27 units erected and 142 to go on this 1st Phase
