A new client of ours, who had previously used traditional masonry building methods, came to us with this unique design unsure if we could accommodate their requirements due to the complex design. However, we are proud to say that we successfully converted the client to timber frame construction with how well this project has progressed, resulting in a happy client & repeat orders!

We provided a Closed panel wall solution, along with Metal-Web Floor Joists and a fully cut roof. This created vaulted ceilings throughout the first floor with the stunning glulam ridge beams on show.

The open stairwell creates an amazing welcoming into the property, showing off the large windows that allow an abundance of natural light into the property.

The client had opted for large spacious rooms throughout the house, although the footprint of the build could comfortably accommodate five bedrooms, the client had decided for only three generous sized on the first floor.

It is great to hear that we have helped the client build their dream home!
