This Modern group of 4 new homes in Newquay were supplied and erected over the course of 2 years for this client. These high-end luxury units integrate lots of design features including, an inset balcony, high ceilings using Posi rafters, and cantilevered first floor areas. Along with lots of glazing to maximise the views over the ocean.
Our Thermo panel met all the thermal requirements for this project, and Posi joists were used at both floor level, and as flat/pitch roof rafters.
