Developed to be an ‘off-the-shelf’ standard product ready to achieve Passive standards without further certification and modification. The ULTRA panel is based on Frame UK’s standard closed panel technology and is unique in being able to be manufactured using standard automated production assembly lines. This ensures that manufacturing times are kept to a minimum and production levels are maximised within the factory environment and that Passive House projects do not attract a design and production ‘premium’. ULTRA delivers exemplary, sector-leading thermal and acoustic performance. This, coupled a with factory-formed panel air-tightness up to twice as good as required by the PHI, provides Frame UK Passive House customers with an unrivalled construction system.
