This was an exciting project to be involved with as we were appointed to supply the timber frame for a very worthy cause for a local Contractor and Coastline Housing.

The client opted for our pre-insulated Frame Thermo panel system to help speed up the construction process as there were strict dead lines in place.

Frame Homes supplied metal web joists for this project to allow the many services to pass throughout the building without having to drill or notch the joists, saving time and costs.

Due to the length of the building there had to be a means of fire separation within the roof zone to which Frame Homes provided factory fitted fire-protection to trussed spandrel panels, again saving time and costs allowing the project to swiftly move on to the next stage.

The project consisted of a pair of semi-detached houses (move-on units) as well as the main homeless centre building. The buildings have been finished to a very high quality and blend in with the surroundings extremely well, complimenting the South Crofty Mine site.

Our client was very happy with the product and service from Frame Home which inevitably lead to further orders for future developments.
